Reset Workspot Desktop Client - Windows

The following are the steps to reset the local settings for the Workspot desktop client.

1. Open Workspot Client, click on "I forgot my passcode".

2. Click the "Reset" button on the warning pop-up screen.

3. This will clear the Workspot client settings and close the running client window. It will relaunch and allow you to start the user setup process immediately.

Note: If user is already inside Workspot Client and looking for an option to reset, then first they need to Lock the WS Client and then follow the above steps.
