4 GB RAM minimum, dual-core CPU minimum.

Workspot iOS Client

iOS/iPadOS 18 and 17.

Supported on all devices running these OS versions.

 

Workspot Android Client

Android 14, 13, 12, 11.

Supported on all devices running these OS versions.

Samsung DeX is supported on devices running a supported OS.

Workspot Client for the Web

Chromebook: Google Chrome.

Windows: Google Chrome.

Windows: Microsoft Edge.

Devices should run the latest version of Chrome or Edge.

  • 8 GB RAM recommended (4 GB minimum).

  • 2.0 GHz, 2-core/4-thread CPU recommended (1.6 GHz, 2-core/2-thread CPU minimum).

Workspot Agent: Workspot Linux Desktops require the Workspot Linux Agent.

Linux versions:

  • Ubuntu 18.04, 20.04, and 22.04.

  • Debian 10.

  • Redhat 7.9.

  • CentOS 7.9.

Hardware requirements:

  • Quad-core processor or better.

  • 4 GB of RAM.

Cloud Applications Servers (RD Pools)

  • Supported: Windows Server 2022 with Remote Desktop Services with RD Session Host role installed.

  • Deprecated: Windows Server 2019 and 2016. They are not recommended, especially for new servers, but are still supported.

Workspot Managed Gateways

  • Supported: Windows Server 2022 with Remote Desktop Services and the RD Gateway role installed.

  • Deprecated: Windows Server 2019 and 2016. They are not recommended, especially for new servers, but are still supported.

Workspot Control Browser Support

  • Google Chrome.

  • Microsoft Edge.

  • Mozilla Firefox.

Workspot Enterprise Connector

  • Supported: Windows Server 2022.

  • Deprecated: Windows Server 2019 and 2016. They are not recommended, especially for new servers, but are still supported.
