Workspot Clients

Hardware and OS requirements for the Workspot Client (not Workspot desktops) are listed below:

Workspot Windows Client	Windows 11 Enterprise/Pro/Home/Education Window 10 Enterprise/Pro/Home	4 GB RAM minimum, dual-core CPU minimum. Use the correct version (32-bit or 64-bit) for the device. 32-bit Windows is typically used only on Windows thin clients. Workspot generally supports the same versions of these operating systems that Microsoft does. See Windows 10 Home and Pro and Windows 10 Enterprise and Education for end-of-support dates. Microsoft supports Windows 11 versions for 24 or 36 months from release.
Workspot Mac Client	macOS 14 Sonoma, macOS 13 Ventura.	4 GB RAM minimum, dual-core CPU minimum.
Workspot iOS Client	iOS/iPadOS 15 and 16	Supported on all devices running these OS versions.
Workspot Android Client	Android 14, 13, 12, 11.	Supported on all devices running these OS versions. Samsung DeX is supported on devices running a supported OS.
Workspot Client for the Web	Chromebook: Google Chrome. Windows: Google Chrome. Windows: Microsoft Edge.	Devices should run the latest version of Chrome or Edge. 8 GB RAM recommended (4 GB minimum). 2.0 GHz, 2-core/4-thread CPU recommended (1.6 GHz, 2-core/2-thread CPU minimum). Workspot Agent. Workspot Windows Desktops require the Workspot Windows Desktop Agent.
Windows 11:
- Support for Windows 11 Pro and Enterprise 23H2, 22H2, 21H2.
- Some limitations apply: See Windows 11 Support for Desktops and Templates.
Windows 10:
- Windows 10 Enterprise.
- Workspot typically supports only current (non-EOS) versions of Windows 10 Enterprise. See Windows 10 Enterprise and Education for a list of support start and end dates.
- For one recent release, Workspot supported Windows 10 Enterprise 22H2, 21H2, and 20H2.

Workspot Agent: Workspot Linux Desktops require the Workspot Linux Agent.

Workspot Agent. Workspot Cloud Application Servers require the Workspot Windows Desktop Agent.

- Remote Desktop Services with RD Session Host role installed.

Workspot Agent: Workspot Managed Gateways require the Workspot Gateway Agent, which is installed as part of the gateway creation process.
