Highlights
Scheduled for November 16, 2024 at 0200-0300 UTC. See What to Expect During a Control Update Window.
AWS Workspaces Core licensing is no longer enforced or billed by Workspot. Instead, usage is tracked and billed by Amazon AWS.
Custom Clouds now support Shared Persistent Desktops, where multiple users can be assigned to the same Workspot desktop but only one can be signed in at a time.
You can now specify the TCP port used for the RDP protocol by Workspot desktop and App Servers in addition to or instead of the default port of 3389. This feature also requires updated Workspot Clients, Workspot Agents for the desktops and Application Servers, and Workspot Gateway Agents for Workspot Managed Gateways. This is a selective feature: contact Workspot to have it enabled.
The Control API now supports the creation and editing of Cloud Applications and Cloud Application Server Pools.
All Azure customers with power management enabled now have the Maintenance Policies feature enabled as well.
