Workspot client repetitive PIN prompt issue

Issue: Frequent prompts to change Workspot Client PIN every 1–2 weeks, even though the company policy was set so that PINs never expire.

Possible Cause:
Corrupt or outdated local Workspot Client configuration.

Resolution Steps:

  • Make sure the PIN timeout period is set to 0 (Never Expires) in your security policy.

  • Reset or uninstall and reinstall the Workspot Client. Reactivate it using your Workspot credentials and create a new PIN.
