The Workspot Passcode (or application PIN) timeout is configured in Workspot Control as part of the Security Policy. By default, the user always is prompted to enter their passcode.
To increase or disable the passcode timeout, in Workspot Control, go to Policies > Add a New Policy. Enter a policy name, select the Security Policy type, set the timeout according to your security requirements, select the User Group(s) to which the policy will apply, then click Add Policy.
The Workspot Passcode for the users in the associated User Group(s) will have the new timeout value.
