Mac Client Error – 131086: Password Expired

Issue description: The user is getting an Error (131086) when trying to connect to VDI from the Mac Client. 

Cause: The user's Active Directory account password expired 

Troubleshooting: As part of the troubleshooting, we advised the end user to perform a clean uninstall/reinstall of the MAC Client to validate the issue, and if still issue persists upload the client logs. The MAC client log captures the password expiration error.  

STATUS_PASSWORD_EXPIRED and ERRORCONNECT_PASSWORD_EXPIRED

Solution: The end user needs to reset the AD password. They can do it by themselves or raise a ticket with the helpdesk team in their organization to get the password reset.  

Please Note: If the User’s AD account is set to Password change at the next login, the user might not be able to access Workspot Desktop. First user must change the password and then try to access Workspot Desktop.
