This article tells you how to install Beta releases of the Workspot Mac Client, which are available for a limited time before the production release.
For production releases, download the production Workspot Mac Client from the Mac App Store.
Beta releases are handled through Apple’s TestFlight program, as described below.
Download the Beta
Workspot provides a link for each Beta release, if available, as part of its release notes. Clicking this link on your Mac device takes you to a Web page that invites you to install Apple’s TestFlight app if you haven’t already, and to join the Beta program for the individual Beta release.
Install the Beta
For a clean Beta installation, do the following:
Delete any previous version of the Workspot Mac Client from your Applications folder (or from wherever you installed them previously).
Open Finder, then click "Go > Go to Folder..." and open "~/Library/Containers/".
Delete all the Workspot folders in the Containers.
Using the Keychain Access app, remove the Workspot keychain items listed below.
Unzip the Workspot Beta build
Move the unzipped Workspot Beta Client to the Applications folder.
Launch it normally.
Register the Client with your Company Identifier and email address or login credentials.
