Error: The user failed to launch the desktop. No gateways are currently available, OR Could not connect to your Workspot remote gateway. This is usually a network issue with your local device.
Possible Causes:
The Remote Desktop(RD) Gateway server is down or unreachable from the client device.
The network port (TCP 443) is blocked from the client device to the RD Gateway.
Possible Troubleshootings:
Ensure the client device's network connection is reliable. If the network is weak, connect to a wired or more stable network. Please conduct a ping test to assess network reliability: https://docs.workspot.com/docs/how-to-run-ping-test-when-experiencing-client-disconnects.
Ensure the gateway URIs are accessible from the client machine. To get the gateway URI (Control> Setup > Gateway Cluster > Select Gateway > Public URI)
Access it through a browser. To ensure that the gateway is reachable from the client device.
Verify Telnet to the Gateway URI on port 443.
Ensure that the Windows or Network firewall permits access to the Gateway.
