Error: The user failed to launch the desktop. No gateways are currently available, OR Could not connect to your Workspot remote gateway. This is usually a network issue with your local device.
Possible Causes:
The Remote Desktop(RD) Gateway server is down or unreachable from the client device.
The network port (TCP 443) is blocked from the client device to the RD Gateway.
Possible Troubleshootings:
Ensure the client device's network connection is reliable. If the network is weak, connect to a wired or more stable network. Please conduct a ping test to assess network reliability: https://docs.workspot.com/docs/how-to-run-ping-test-when-experiencing-client-disconnects.
Ensure the gateway URIs are accessible from the client machine. To get the gateway URI (Control> Setup > Gateway Cluster > Select Gateway > Public URI) and access it through a browser. To ensure that the gateway is reachable from the client device.
