Enable Advanced Debugging Logs for Windows Client Only

  • Open the Windows Workspot Client and log in. 

  • Press CTRL+D from the main Workspot window 

  • Select all the options from the logging window as shown in the screenshot below. Select all or respective categories and close the logging window. 

  • Launch the Workspot desktop

  • Reproduce the issue.  

  • After reproducing the issue, close the Windows client and re-launch again. 

  • For uploading logs, click here to share with the end-user how to upload the WS Client logs.  

  • Once logs are uploaded, let the Workspot Support team know thus they can analyze.
