Open the Windows Workspot Client and log in.
Press CTRL+D from the main Workspot window
Select all the options from the logging window as shown in the screenshot below. Select all or respective categories and close the logging window.

Launch the Workspot desktop
Reproduce the issue.
After reproducing the issue, close the Windows client and re-launch again.

Once logs are uploaded, let the Workspot Support team know thus they can analyze.
