We did a release Agent 4.2.1 which went live on March 29, 2025.
NOTE: We had to roll back Desktop Agent 4.2.0 release due to performance issue observed on App Servers. TOP 3 CPU AND MEMORY PROCESS COLLECTION DATA will be available in the next Desktop Agent 4.3.0 release.
Key Features and Improvements:
[Fidelity] Support for Custom port configured in Workspot Control.
Support Watch troubleshooting by sending the app name launched by user on a given App Server.
