Using the GUIDE Portal

Prev Next

Workspot GUIDE lets you turn your existing workflows into AI agents without formal programming. It interacts with apps and Web sites on a PC the same way you would: with a (simulated) keyboard and mouse. You tell it what to do and watch it doing it: there’s no arcane API programming layer in between. And it has no difficulty using your organization’s unique internal apps.

This document provides a brief overview of the GUIDE Portal, the Web-based administration system for GUIDE.

(To create and run GUIDE agents, see Getting Started with GUIDE.)

GUIDE Portal Navigation

The GUIDE Portal is at https://manage.runguide.ai Navigating to this URL will send you first to a sign-in page, then to the Overview page.

On all pages except the sign-in page, there is a left-hand navigation pane and a top-right My Account icon.
