If a user is having lag issue inside their VM, the fastest thing to do is reboot the VM from the Control menu screen. Please save all data before performing either action.
If after a reboot the lag is still present, the next step is to Redeploy the VM. This will shutdown the VM and move it to a new hypervisor host. It will then power back on. This process takes a few minutes vs the reboot.
