User guide to supporting the German or UK Mac keyboard layouts on Workspot Windows desktops by installing the appropriate keyboard layout file to the Workspot desktop or template.

Installing the Keyboard Layout on a Workspot Desktop or App Server
Copy the Zip file to the Workspot Desktop/App Server.
Unzip the layout Zip file.
Double-click and install the file keyboard layout .EXE file.
Sign out from the cloud desktop.
Configure the Mac
Select the language (German/UK-British/French AZERTY) in the Mac host machine from the keyboard settings.
Launch the Workspot Mac Client and select the Workspot Desktop or App.
The new keyboard layout will be used. Verify by running the Windows On-Screen Keyboard app on the remote device. For example, see the German keyboard layout below:
Installing the Keyboard Layout on a Template
Create/Clone template in Workspot Control.
Template should be in Draft state.
Sign into the template.
Follow the download and installation instructions for Desktops/App Servers (above)
Publish the template in Control.
Apply the new template to a Desktop or App Server pool.
Assign the pool to a user.
Follow the “Configure the Mac” steps (above) for the user and pool.
