Use your Azure account to log into https://portal.azure.com/.
Click on the Portal menu from the top left corner of the page.

Click on Help + Support.

Click on “Create a support request”.

In the Problem description page, select Azure services in the issue related to

Select issue type as the “Service and subscription limit (quota)” option.

The customer subscription will be selected automatically in the Subscription box.

Quota type would be Compute-VM (cores-vCPUs) subscription limit increases.

Click on Manage Quota to create a new Quota request.

Select the required SKU in the region

Put the new limit as per the requirement and submit the support request.
