Steps to fix the failed VMs in the Control:
To fix the failed VMs in the Control, please delete and recreate the VM from the Control.
Make sure you select the 'Auto-create on Deletion Desktop' option for the pool.
Log in to the Control--> go to the Pool --> Actions-->Edit--> select 'Auto-Create on Delete Desktop-->Save

Delete the failed VMs that were failed because of the quota issue. The VM will get recreated with the same name.
Control -> Resources -> Pool -> Select the failed VMs -> Delete Desktops from Right Top corner.
VMs should come to Ready state in Control with the same name.
Note: You can unselect the 'Auto-Create on Delete Desktop' option after all VMs are good.
