STEP 1 Click on the profile icon 

STEP 2 Click on Subscription

STEP 3 Under the Bring Your Own Cloud (BYOC)

STEP 4 Click on the Pencil to Edit the License Count

STEP 5 Type the Total License Count That You Will Be Adding to Your Subscription

STEP 6 Once You Enter a Quantity The Checkmark Will Turn Green, Click On it to Save Your Changes.  Then Complete The Additional Steps.
