Possible Cause: The Gateway plugin responsible for authenticating users’ connections is not configured properly, or not registered to the Remote Gateway service (DLL not loaded), or corrupted.
Possible Solution 1: Ensure the plugin is installed and configured with the correct tenant details. This can be validated from
C:\Program Files\Workspot\Gateway plugin\info.bat
Ref# https://docs.workspot.com/docs/gateway-aad-plugin
Possible Solution 2: This could be caused when the Gateway Plugin DLL is not properly registered to the Remote Gateway Service. Restarting the gateway can help.
Possible Solution 3: If the above points did not help. Please reach out to the Workspot Support team; they will help reinstall and configure the gateway plugin.
