Possible Cause: The Remote Desktop Gateway server is not accepting new connections. This could be because the server is set to maintenance mode, or the Remote Desktop Gateway server is set to “Disable new connections”.
Possible troubleshooting Steps:
From Workspot Control, ensure that at least one gateway server in the cluster is enabled.
If a gateway is enabled in the cluster and the user is still getting the 50331682 error, please try
Putting the gateway server in maintenance mode and enabling it back.
OR
Log in to the Gateway Server and navigate to
Start > Type “Remote Desktop Gateway Manager” > Right Click on the Server name > Properties > General
Ensure “Allow the maximum supported simultaneous connections” is checked.
OR
This could also be because the Remote Desktop gateway (TSGateway) service is dangling. Try restarting the service or the server itself.
