Problem Summary

Changes in Control R15.2 desktop pools without an assigned Time Limits policy use the default value for "Connected Idle Tiimeout" to disconnect idle desktops after 15 minutes of inactivity. Users see the following popup on their Workspot desktops:

If they hit the "OK" button, their connection is not closed. If their connection is closed, they can reconnect and continue working. Their desktop sessions are unaffected by the closed connection.

Discussion

This behavior is unintentional. Workspot expects this issue to be resolved by May 18, 2022 (Pacific Time).
