Issue: Lag accessing the Bluebeam application in Workspot Desktop, although other applications are functioning properly. The specific performance was observed with the highlight and markup tools in Bluebeam.
Cause: We observed Video redirection enabled during the remote session affects the Bluebeam application.
Workaround: To enhance the efficiency of the Bluebeam application on Workspot Desktop, you can optimize its performance by disabling the Use Webcam (Video redirection) either at the Client level or at the Security Policy level.
Navigate to the Remote Desktop Settings in the Workspot Client and disable the "Use Webcam (Video redirection)."
