# Workspot Mac Client Release 5.1.0

## Highlights

- Available in the App Store.
- Support for ARM processors including the Apple M Series processor family.
- Support for macOS 14 Sonoma.
- Support for non-persistent global desktops.
- Support for [Amazon AWS Workspaces Core desktops](/v1/docs/workspot-configuration-for-amazon-workspaces-core).
- Client logs are now retained longer and rolled over less aggressively to allow more effective debugging.
- Control administrators can now request Client logs directly with the “Get Client Logs” button in “Users > username > Active Devices > Details.” The request is queued and the logs are uploaded when the user signs in if they aren’t signed in already. The request expires after seven days.

## OS/Hardware Support:

- Supported on macOS 14 Sonoma, and macOS 13 Ventura, and macOS 12 Monterey.
- Native support for Mac M1-based systems.
