# Workspot Control Release 26.6 Notes

## Highlights

- Released in the US on July 3, 2026 and in the EU on July 7, 2026.
- Limited initial support for the upcoming [Workspot GUIDE](/v1/docs/using-the-guide-portal) capability of running on Workspot desktops. See [Workspot Control Setup Menu](/v1/docs/workspot-control-menus-1#setup-guide).
  - **Note:** GUIDE Agents have nothing in common with desktop agents or gateway agents other than the name.
