Normally, these are renewed, but if they expire, the customer's access to Workspot Control and Workspot desktop/apps is denied. ## Finding the Expiration Date The expiration date is listed on the Workspot Control dashboard page, which is the first page you see when signing into Control.. ![](https://cdn.us.document360.io/ad9153e1-c8de-4f56-94f2-b717a1fc3a68/Images/Documentation/ed1ed4fa-e480-4370-a8ec-d35f3d2a9259.png) ## Interpreting the Expiration Date - The subscription ends at 12:01 AM (00:01) on the Subscription End Date. - Thus, the Subscription End Date indicates the first day *without* a subscription, not the last day of the subscription. - Pacific Time is used. This is either UTC -08:00 or UTC -07:00, depending on whether Daylight Savings Time is in effect. See [Daylight Saving Time Rules](https://www.nist.gov/pml/time-and-frequency-division/popular-links/daylight-saving-time-dst) for the switchover dates. - At the time of this writing, a brief grace period is applied automatically. ## Best Practices If your subscription end date is surprisingly imminent, contact Workspot.
