# Steps to Resolve Zscaler Certificate Error

### **Issue:**

Users are not able to access Workspot Desktop from a Windows or Mac client and getting a certificate error.

Cause: Zscaler is installed in the client device that interferes with the certificate to communicate with Workspot Components. Even though, the following URLs are whitelisted in the Zscaler.

- [https://control.workspot.com](https://control.workspot.com/)
- [https://service.workspot.com](https://service.workspot.com/)
- Workspot Gateway URLs

### **Solution:**

- Login to Control with valid admin credentials
- Navigate to the Setup tab, and then to the Certificates tab under it.
- Add Trusted Enterprise Certificate and map to the user group as shown in below:

- Relaunch the Workspot client and make sure the latest policy is applied to the Workspot Client device.
