# How to Download Watch Alarms from Watch

**Task:** Download all the contents of the Workspot Watch > alarm items (user / client IP / location / target, etc.)?

**Customer’s Requirement:** The customer wants to download the alarm items for January. It would be nice to have an export feature.

## **Steps to download Watch Data**

Login in to Watch

1. Go To Traces Tab
2. Set the Start and and End Dates
3. Filter the events based on Keywords.
4. Use Trace Filtering for reference to filter multiple or exact phrase.
5. Click on CSV Download (Cloud Icon) to download the events from Watch.

- You can save the file in Excel and filter the data based on your requirements.
