# Error Code: 65538

**This is not an error.**This is specific to the Mac or iOS client.****The error could be because the Control Administrator logged the user out of the system. Contact the IT administrator to verify if any maintenance work is being performed on the machine and confirm whether it’s possible to reconnect.

This error code is the same as 3(2) for the Windows client.
