# Error Code: 50331703

**Error**: Your computer can't connect to the remote computer because the Remote Desktop Gateway server is expecting an authentication method different from the one attempted. Contact your network administrator for assistance.

**Possible Cause**: AAD auth type mismatched.

**Possible Solution:** Ensure the gateway supports AD (UN/Pass) or AAD (Token) authentication. Configure client authentication accordingly for gateway authentication and authorization.
