# Error Code 50331694

#### **Cloud App Servers**

**Error:** This computer can't connect to the remote machine. Try connecting again. If the problem continues, contact your network administrator or technical support (Code: 50331694)

**Cause:**The server is overloaded and not accepting the user’s connection. This could be due to high resource utilization on the server.

**Possible Solution:** Put the server into maintenance mode. Confirm that the server is responding to MSTSC and is allowing the connection. If not, attempt to restart the server.
