# Error Code: 1331

- **Error**: Domain join failed with [Error Code:1331]. This user can’t sign in because this account is currently disabled.

- **Possible Cause:******The Domain join Workspot Agent Service account used in the WorkspotConfigEditor has been disabled in the AD.

- **Possible Solution:******Enabling the Workspot Agent Service account in the AD can fix the issue. The recommendation is to set the Workspot Agent Service account and password to never expire.
