Issue: Enterprise Connectors Control status is offline.
Cause: The decryption policy on the firewall was interfering with the communication channel between EC and the Workspot Control.
In the EC logs below error is logged:

Resolution: To address the issue, implement a 'no-decrypt' policy for the traffic directed to control.workspot.com on the firewall. After applying the no-decrypt policy, the connector server should indicate a Connected state. To confirm the resolution, restart the EC service and server. If the agent still displays an Offline status, it is advisable to check the Enterprise Connector logs for further investigation and contact Workspot Support.
