# Enable Advanced Debugging Logs for Windows Client Only

- Open the Windows Workspot Client and log in.
- Press **CTRL+D**from the main Workspot window
- Select all the options from the logging window as shown in the screenshot below. Select all or respective categories and close the logging window.

- Launch the Workspot desktop
- Reproduce the issue.
- After reproducing the issue, close the Windows client and re-launch again.
- For uploading logs, [click here](/v1/docs/reporting-workspot-client-bugs-and-sending-diagnostic-logs) to share with the end-user how to upload the WS Client logs.
- Once logs are uploaded, let the Workspot Support team know thus they can analyze.
