Issue: Lag accessing the Bluebeam application in Workspot Desktop, although other applications are functioning properly. The specific performance was observed with the highlight and markup tools in Bluebeam.
Cause: We observed Video redirection enabled during the remote session affects the Bluebeam application.
Workaround: To enhance the efficiency of the Bluebeam application on Workspot Desktop, you can optimize its performance by disabling the Use Webcam (Video redirection) feature in the Remote Desktop Settings of the Workspot Client.

The above setting is similar when the Video capture device is disabled in the direct RDP to the Desktop.

Please Note:
If you disable the 'Use Webcam' feature on the Workspot Client, you won't be able to access the camera on the Workspot Desktop. This means that you won't be able to use your webcam when using applications like Teams, Zoom, or any other application.
For Permanent Fix:
To address the problem permanently, we suggest seeking advice from the vendor for further suggestions on resolving lag problems with Bluebeam while maintaining video redirection during remote sessions.
